Staff Development Program
MKS&H has made a commitment to develop all employees through the Staff Development Program. The Staff Development Program is designed as a career-focused program with depth and breadth of training, both within functional work areas and as a tool for well-rounded professional/personal development.

The Staff Development Program is divided into the following five "Tracks":

Within each track are six levels of development, enabling employees to train from entry to partner level. Each employee will be assessed within the tracks to assure a correct level placement for a dynamic and meaningful customized training program.

Mentoring
MKS&H pairs experienced professionals with each employee to assist in their growth and development. Mentors invest time, energy and know-how to help you:

Develop undiscovered abilities and hidden talents
Exercise coaching skills
Help build self confidence
Find better ways of solving problems
Understand how things work within the firm
Increase technical competence
Understand other people, their viewpoints and how to work with them

Continuing Professional Education
We strive to assist our employees in meeting their professional goals. Many of our employees have required hours of continuing professional education in order to remain licensed. Beyond the requirements, we understand the value of continual learning and encourage everyone to take advantage of conferences, conventions and other educational opportunities by compensating employees for their time, paying for all costs associated with CPE, and assisting each employee in selecting the program that best suits their needs.
