Bill is a principal with McLean, Koehler, Sparks, & Hammond and
president of the firm’s CFO division, Evergreen.cfo. He has over
20 years of financial leadership experience working with early
stage, high growth, distressed and multi-billion dollar
organizations in the healthcare, financial services,
not-for-profit and consulting industries. As an experienced CFO,
Bill advises clients regarding business strategy, restructuring,
financing, developing and implementing business plans, internal
controls and reporting, cash flow management, budget preparation
and other profitability and business development analysis. The
Evergreen.cfo division specializes in CFO advisory, outsourced
CFO and accounting solutions.
Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the
University of Maryland, College Park where he currently serves
on the Dean’s Advisory Council to the Robert H. Smith School of
Business. Bill also serves on the Board of the Greater Baltimore
Committee’s Emerging Business Council. In addition, he is a
mentor, working with students from the Undergraduate Emerging
CFO Fellows Program and the MBA Corporate Finance Program for
the University. He currently serves as Treasurer and Board
Member for Green Valley Swim Club and The Margate Community
Association. Bill previously served as a member of the Baltimore
Council on Foreign Affairs.
