Wayne is a Principal in Mclean, Koehler, Sparks and Hammond’s
growing Accounting and Assurance Department. Wayne utilizes his
16 years of experience to consult with family owned and managed
businesses and nonprofit organizations and manage the firm’s
construction industry practice. In addition to construction,
Wayne also assists clients in the manufacturing, wholesale,
community services and healthcare industries.
Wayne received his Master’s degree in Business Administration
from the University of Baltimore and his Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting from Towson State University. He serves on the board
of directors of the American Subcontractors Association and
serves in leadership roles with Associated Builders and
Contractors and Building Congress and Exchange. He also is an
active member of the Construction Financial Management
Association.
Wayne has extensive experience with organizations that have
rehabilitation and residential programs for physically and
mentally challenged individuals. He currently serves on the
executive committee of the board of directors of a community
mental health provider affiliated with the Sheppard Pratt Health
System. Other nonprofit involvement includes serving on the
finance committee of a local private school.
