Patricia Pinchinat is the Human Resources Generalist for MKS&H.
Trish brings a comprehensive range of HR experience in the areas
of employment law, performance management, employee relations,
recruitment and HRIS systems administration. She also has career
experience in developing and managing training curriculums,
including reporting metrics to ensure learning effectiveness.
Trish contributes significant insight and professional HR
perspective to the employee-employer dynamic, facilitating
programs, activities, policies and their contribution toward
organizational business goals. She is a member of the Society
for Human Resource Management and is currently pursing a degree
in business management at Frederick Community College.
