MKS&H Announces Healthcare Reform Seminars for Businesses

- “Understanding the True Cost of the Plan” To Provide Critcal Information to Business Leaders -
Hunt Valley, MD July 29, 2010 – MKS&H, a business consulting firm for private companies and family enterprises, will present two seminars focusing on critical business issues related to the recently passed federal health care reform with strategic partners FlackVentures and Susquehanna Bank on Tuesday, August 17th at Loyola University Graduate Center in Timonium, MD and Thursday, August 19 th at The Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center in Frederick, MD. Both 90-minute sessions begin at 5:30 PM.
A 40-minute presentation will be followed by questions and answers to help business leaders planning to accommodate the new demands within their business starting this fall:
• Financial impacts (the true cost for business owners and employees),
• Tracking and reporting requirements
• The effect on the quality of care for personnel.
Speakers include MKS&H’s Tax Partner and Business Consultant, Mary-Kay Leary and Senior Consultant, Jay Young with FlackVentures. Mary-Kay Leary has over 20 years of experience assisting businesses and individuals regarding tax planning and compliance. While Jay Young, brings over 25 years of corporate experience in consulting for employee benefits and insurance. His expertise includes the design of comprehensive, cost-efficient health plans.
