Board appointments McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond has announced that three senior professionals in the Frederick office have been appointed to local non-profit boards. Kathleen M. Davis, CPA, has been named to the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of Frederick County, a three year term. Barbara K. Walker, CPA, MBA, CVA has been elected to the Executive Board of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, where she will serve as Treasurer.
