McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond Hires New HR Generalist

McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond is pleased to announce the newest addition to its team, Patricia Pinchinat.  Ms. Pinchinat has joined the firm as Human Resource Generalist, supporting employees in both its Frederick and Hunt Valley Maryland locations.

Ms. Pinchinat, a resident of Frederick, brings a comprehensive range of human resource experience in the areas of employment law, performance management, employee relations and HRIS systems administration.  In her most recent position as Human Resource Advisor with BP Solar, she supported over 300 employees. Ms. Pinchinat also has career experience in creating and managing training curriculums, including the development of reporting metrics to ensure organizational learning effectiveness.  

Currently, Ms. Pinchinat is pursuing a degree in business management from Frederick Community College.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
